The Stratford Full-Sized Houses, constructed in 2018, are located in the seaside community of Stratford, three kilometers from cultural center of downtown Charlottetown. You could safely cycle into town to take in the sights along the waterfront, be part of the music festivals and visit the great restaurants downtown in the historical part of our city.

The neighbourhood is very safe and is located close to a new shopping mall. It is considered a ‘country estate’ with a ‘marine theme’ where you can smell the salt air breezes off the ocean and hear the distant fog month in the winter months.

For those travelling by air … the houses are conveniently located nine kilometers from the International Airport and twenty minutes to Stanhope and Brackley Beaches and the Famous North Shore National Park. The community of Stratford is fifty-five kilometers to the Confederation Bridge and is also fifty-five kilometers to the mainland ferry terminal at Wood Island. We are ‘home’ to the Fathers of Confederation, Anne of Green Gables, Golf Courses and endless miles of red sand beaches!
