Found along a quiet beach front cottage community in Savage Harbour, you will find Ocean Ridge Beach House – a beautiful 3 bedroom 1.5 bath executive cottage. Ocean Ridge Beach House is found on a large lot with ample yard space for all the quiet and privacy you want on your beach vacation. You’ll have a private screened-in gazebo for screened in dining or to take in the lovely sunsets and the views and sounds of the crashing waves. Barbecue your meals on the large wraparound deck overlooking unobstructed views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. This executive cottage has its own private staircase leading down to the sandy beach that is great for swimming, relaxing or beachcombing. Beach towels and fold up beach chairs are provided. There is also a fire pit and an outdoor shower onsite.
As you walk in the front door you will be greeted with a sense of relaxation. Cozy up to the fireplace in the living room while you watch a movie or satellite TV. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, lots of counter space and stainless steel appliances. You’ll enjoy the water view from the dining room’s large bay window and a table that seats 8. On the main level there’s also a half bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, you will find all three bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the large master bedroom, there is a queen size bed and a patio door to your own deck overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has a double size bed and an ocean view. Bedroom number three has a bunk bed, featuring both double and twin size beds. (A single futon bed and a pack and play baby bed are available upon request.)
Savage Harbour is 35 minutes from Charlottetown where you will find amazing restaurants, music, shopping, groceries and all other amenities. You are also less than an hour to Cavendish, 25 minutes to PEI National Park along the north shore, 15 minutes to beautiful Blooming Point Beach, and 15 minutes to first class golfing at The Links at Crowbush Cove.
