Peter’s Seascape Cottage
This brand new cottage was completed July 2019. It’s a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and large living area for families.
We are located on the North Shore in a quiet subdivision located just a minute to the gate of the Brackley Beach National Park (a beach pass is included to the National park for anyone who staying at the cottage)! There are many activities close by including famous golf courses, dining, biking, fishing, and many more. We recently received our Tourism PEI license and 4 star Canada Select rating!
The cottage has an open concept with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen that includes an island with seating and granite countertops, a dining room table that sits 8, and a beautiful living room with a propane fireplace (which will not be installed until the fall 2019) and tv. When you walk down the hallway there are four bedrooms and a main bathroom (full tub). The first two bedrooms (one on the left and one on the right) have a queen size bed. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite with a full tub. The main bathroom is half way down the hallway that also includes a full tub. The next two bedrooms are at the end of the hallway. The bedroom to the right has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single bed on top. The bedroom on the left has a double bed and a single bed in the room. There is also a pack and play and other items available for younger children if need be (swings, vibrating chairs, high chairs, etc…) just please let us know!
Outside we have a beautiful covered deck with patio furniture so you can sit out and enjoy. We have a very large BBQ as well. Out back, you will find a fire pit to enjoy a campfire at your leisure.
You have access to the entire cottage. There are guest access points to the water, just ask us and we can point out where they are. I wouldn’t recommend swimming at these access points as the beach isn’t ideal. However, we do have a National park pass that gives you access to kilometres and kilometres of beautiful beach! They have sand castle competitions at times and sand sculpting contests from time to time! Check out their website for more information !
