Riverview cottage is located close to all island amenities in a private home owners association on 1 acre of waterfront land with deeded access to shoreline. The dunes at Barachois Beach are about a 15-20 minute leisurely walk from our door. The cottage is approximately 25 minutes drive from Charlottetown, and about 10 minutes to Anne’s Land (Anne of Green Gables). The closest town is North Rustico, about 7kms away. We have 3 bedrooms (sleeping 7 in beds) and 2 full baths. The great room (combined living and dining) has lots of seating and a flat screen TV, a propane fireplace for seasonal warmth, and patio doors out to a west-facing wrap-around deck that receives plenty of sunlight and guests can enjoy amazing sunsets. Our cottage is fully stocked and provides towels and linens. We have a microwave, a dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils needed to have a comfortable stay.
