ShantyStay accommodations offers 10 small, rustic yet cozy cabins. We are located in Eastern Prince Edward Island in the heart of the beautiful seaside Town of Souris. Our shanties were built by hand from the ground up using Island white cedar. Our vision was to create a unique and affordable accommodation concept.
Whether you need a place to stay for one night while waiting to catch the ferry (Iles de la Madeleine) or are looking to discover our region, ShantyStay is an ideal choice for your vacation needs.
ShantyStay is centrally located within walking distance to Souris Beach, Confederation Trail, Souris Harbour, CTMA Ferry terminal, shops and dining establishments. We are just a short drive to our famous local beaches (Basin Head), golf courses and other adventures.
