Whether it is watching fishing boats or the Magdalen Island Ferry sail in and out of the harbour, paddle or kite boarders riding the waves off Souris beach, oyster fishermen harvesting their catch, seabirds diving into the ocean or the gentle night time lights of the town reflecting on the water, there is always “a sight to sea”.

Situated on 5 acres of property in a rural quiet setting, the cottage is in a perfect location to explore eastern PEI.  It is close to shopping, restaurants, golfing, fishing experiences and beautiful beaches.  Sheep Pond Beach is a short walk of less than 10 minutes and the popular Basin Head Beach is a drive of less than 15 minutes.
