The Elm Suites
Suite 1:
This newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment is a 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Charlottetown. Right on the Avenue you are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the bus stops right out front.
This space is located on the second floor of our building with your own personal outdoor entry. There is a queen sized bed along with a pull out couch (single bed). We have air conditioning and a stand up fan for those hot summer days.
Our living room and kitchen are an open concept. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, and microwave. There is a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and more for your convenience. We provide our guests with a Smart TV, Netflix, and free wifi.
The washroom has a stand up shower, as well as a washer and dryer. We have beach and bath towels, and some little bathroom extras if you forget anything at home.
Our home is a 2 minute drive from our building, so we are always around if our guests need anything or have any questions.
